From the strategic cooperation with Luckin Coffee, to the premium tourism projects of Shandong Culture and Tourism Group, and to the modern logistics project by Yuhu Cold Chain, a series of projects indicate that Shandong's industrial layout is accelerating its extension into emerging service sectors, injecting new vitality into economic development. Thirdly, the projects have been further upgraded, demonstrating the distinct characteristics of "high standard" and "large scale". The "high standard" is reflected in their high-level core technologies; the "large scale" is reflected in their substantial investment size, with 27 domestic-invested projects each worth 1 billion yuan or more, accounting for a high proportion of 75%. Fourthly, the investment entities have become more diversified. Among the signed projects, there are 5 projects invested by central enterprises, 9 by foreign-funded enterprises, and 27 by private enterprises, which fully demonstrates Shandong's strong appeal as apopularinvestment destination.
